With winter, not only does the cruel cold weather come but the night time comes as well. Our skating days are darkened by 4:30pm or earlier this time around and reasons not to skate on a daily basis are heard around the city. Earlier in the ’09 year when the cold and darkness first started slowly creeping up on us, Angelo Ferrer took it upon himself to brave the cold and dark season to snap some photos. Taking a different approach than typical skating photography, Angelo plays with exposure and lighting in these exclusive photos for I Roll NY. See all the photos after the jump.
