The title kind of says it all actually. This edit created by Htat Htut brings you a totally different look and feel to the huge contest that went down last Saturday. A lot of production and technique went into this edit which creates a more cinematic feel than any other contest edit seen so far. Featuring skating from Dave Lang, David Sizemore, Jeff Stockwell, John Bolino, Franco Cammayo and Kyle Sola. “As we all know, everyone was in everyone’s way so this is what I was able to capture. Plus, so many edits covering the event anyways so enjoy this slow pace edit” – Htat Htut.
“So, I planned this edit about a years ago. The footage and work is about a years old as well. I was busy with my 2nd year at Hunter, so never got a chance to touch on it + Eric left nyc so never got a chance to film with him” – Htat Htut.

Friday afternoon the Too Much Love crew came down to session the new Pier 62 Skatepark in Manhattan, NY. A lot of tricks went down and everybody in NYC were going big and watching the stunts that Chris Farmer, Jeph Howard, and Michael Garlinghouse were lacing. Earlier in the month Htat Lin Htut contacted I Roll NY to create a small feature for Parsons The New School of Design. What started out as a commercial became a short documentary of a session held at McCarren Park Pool in Brooklyn, NY. The edit sets a great tone and vibe for the beautiful weather we’ve been having while giving a different perspective and inside look of what a usual NYC session entails.
