It’s been a while since we’ve been on YouTube, but I Roll NY returns with a brief edit to wipe the dust off our channel. Saturday, February 17th, we met up with Pablo Munoz, Jesus Medina, Jose Henriquez, Kyle Johnson and a handful of other bladers in Harlem World to enjoy the holiday weekend.

Clip Of The Week Volume 2 Episode 13

April 26, 2013

This week’s C.O.W. is a welcome back edition to the series. We’re welcoming back the 18-135mm zoom lens after being repaired and welcoming back Jordan Baez after his almost five month hiatus from blading. We met up at the green ledges in Harlem and caught a couple of clips before we called it a night. Make sure to like the video, share, and subscribe to our channel to see all of our videos first.

Lets Roll NY Session 3 This Saturday!

April 1, 2010

This week’s session will take place at the Marcus Garvey park this Saturday at 2:00PM. Also known as Harlem Rails, the park features knee high rails surrounding one section of the park that’s perfect for doing lines. The Harlem Rails are great to try new tricks, switch ups, and get more comfortable on rails, so if you’re just starting out or have been skating a few years this is the spot for you. Marcus Garvey is located on Madison avenue between 124th and 123rd street. The 2 or the 3 train will leave you closest to the park, but you can also take the 4, 5, 6, A, B, C, or D train to 125th street and walk.

Walking directions from the 2/3 train to Marcus Garvey via Google Maps. You can also see the walking directions from the 4, 5, 6, A, B, C, or D train as well.

NYC Edit By: Christian Delfino

August 20, 2009

Christian Delfino spent some time in our city earlier this year and put out his footage from his stay recently. Most of the skating takes place in the Lower East Side area of Manhattan featuring the Brooklyn Banks and other spots along the way. “Me, and 3 skateboarding buddies drove up to NYC from Sarasota, Florida. Spent about 10 days in Harlem on 147th and St. Nicks” – Christian Delfino. To see some of Christian’s photography work, check out his site here.

Last Saturday was the third Lets Roll NY session created by Victor Callender and the Wheels In Motion team. It was the biggest turn out we had during LRNY, filled with tons of local New Yorker’s and a handful of guest appearances by the likes of Jeremy Stephenson, Julian Bah, and Ben Schwab. Some of our local pros and legends came out as well. Franco Cammayo, Billy O’Neil, Sam Grimm, Ramelle Knight and plenty of others were in attendance to witness the 50+ crowd that gathered together to show their support for what we all love doing. I reached out to those who came out to the session, and luckily Evotek Media’s Adonis Taylor came through with a great summary of his experience during our session which I feel sums up how we all felt. Check out his story along with accompanying photos from Angelo Ferrer, Layla Ferrer, Lari Dal Lago, Craig Benabu and Adonis Taylor himself after the jump.
