its at the intersection on beach 11thstreet and Seagirt Ave in the Rockaways.
Skated it this past week for 45 min until cops came politely asked us to leave. it is not officially open yet. Construction workers will kick u out. They leave at 330pm.
I would say dont skate it until it opens. its a beautiful park that has an open layout and decent coping.
