Well it seems as if every skateboarder, biker, scooter, other “extreme/alternative” sport website has been using my photos of the new park as their own. It’s not a problem at all because I expected that to happen when I posted them in the first place. My only mistake was not slapping a big ugly logo on the photos. In fact the Peir 62 photos have steadily been one of I Roll NY’s top posts since they were first published. Some sites have even credited and linked back to I Roll NY (thanks!). But even so, each site has decided to add a little quip about how the photos were provided by a rollerblading website or in most cases “fruit booting” website. Is the NYC alternative sports world really that upset that I was the first one to have photos of the park? I apologize for my exclusivity. To make up for my burden on the extreme sports society, I have posted photos that your lord and savior took himself of the park. All praise to…i mean all credit to Mr. Hawk and his twitter page.
